Included
in your certification renewal every two years, is a
member information sheet, that we ask you to complete
with current phone numbers, e-mail address, etc. At
the bottom of that information sheet we also have a
place for you to indicate your current level of education.
If Your Educational level has changed since your initial
application, we are now asking that you also send in
verification of the degree. By verification we mean,
a copy of the diploma or transcript showing the degree,
as any individuals simply check that they now have a
degree. In order for us to update our database we need
to have written verification of the degree.
Example:
When you initially applied for ADC Track 2, you submitted
a transcript showing the associate's degree. It's now
two years later and you have a bachelor's degree. So
when you renewed, you only checked the degree change
on the information sheet, but did not submit a bachelor's
degree transcript. The NCCAP cannot change the level
of your education in the database without written verification.
